set-up questions for xz-1

Can anyone suggest how to attach the fiber optic cables from dual inon strobes to the housing? Any DIY suggestions that won't cost much if anything?

Secondly, I also ordered the Oly WAL. Is there anyway to tether it to the housing, tray or arm? I guess I should also get some kind of lens caddy...any recommendations?

Finally, what tray works or is recommended for this housing? I've never used a tray/arm setup in the past so I have no idea.

Also, I have an older OLy macro lens, PCU-01 which seems to have been discontinued. I wonder if it's a good match for the xz-1...any ideas?
