I went out with aquanutz last summer. Good guy, we dove almost all day for around $100 a head. Bring food and drinks if you go out with him since you can be out there for a while if you want to be. Aristakat was hanging around a lot of the same tooth spots we were hitting on that day.

April is the start or the prime diving season here in Venice, and trips do get booked up. Just a note, we are the only USCG inspected vessel and dive operation in Sarasota County, all crew are dive professionals and trained in advanced lifesaving/diving first aid.
 
Florida West we dove with them in aug 2015 great operator fun dive. came back with over 30 nice and 1 megladon broken tip tons of other fossils ray and dogong . Dig Dig Dig for the megladons. don't forget to pet al the sheepshead that sworm you
