56 hrs after a full charge, batteries were at 60%, they asked for serial numbers to determine age, then sent the below, email basically want me to send them in for servicing and new battery.
Of course nothing yet has explained the surface interval reset.
I read online the battery life on a Teric is roughly 5 years under normal conditions, so I guess I will use them one last trip this year and send them in.
