I posted the below message earlier, now I have attached some pictures. Hopefully they will help determine the vintage of the second stage primary.

Hello,

I Have a Sherwood Reg set with a Blizzard second stage. I have a screw broken off in the lever support (one of the 2 holding the fins down). I need some parts, but need to know the model of the unit.

I have a serial # and here are some details...

- I suspect it is from some time in the mid 90's.
- It has a round body.
- Label says "Sherwood Scuba" with blizzard on the hose protector.
- Bezel Ring does not screw on, but is held on by the exaust tee.
- Exaust tee is held on by 2 torx(?) screws.
- Rubber on the diaphram is blue, so is the exaust valve.
- No adjustable Orifice (or is missing?)

Any info or advice would be great!

Thanks

This looks like it is a 3000 Series Blizzard. Approximately, 18-20 years old. Please visit your LDS for service. Most of the parts for this regulator are still available.
