I looked at mvspree.
Bunks do not interest my wife.
Wink wink.

Most US based boats, the kind that might run shorter trips, cater to serious divers. Serious divers are most likely to sleep through the night. Some of the Indonesian liveaboards will run shorter itineraries.

Have you looked at the Samantha Marie from Bennett Dive Charters out of Panama City, Fla.? This is the rebuilt Easy Goin' from Fort Lauderdale, and I have many pleasant memories of her. I have considerable information on her in my back articles here, and I do believe she does partial week charters now.

...the wife can't endure a few days in a bunk bed environment ? ...sounds like you're really quite the 'diver', aren't you ? :)

She doesn't view a week in a bunk bed a " holiday".

There's other boats that have full rooms with real beds.

She's willing to entertain almost a week of diving.
I can entertain a few of her requests.
