Too bad about the weather, hopefully it clear up soon but there are a few nice indoor things you can do on Bonaire.
There is a small museum downtown, and a small casino at Divi Flamingo Resort, there is also the art gallery at the link below. And I have never visited the Distillery in Rincon but I understand that they give tours. I think that they make liquor out of the local cactus. And of course there are some very nice places to eat. Relax and have fun!
