Sigma 17-70 HSM Zoom Ring

Ok everyone...

Heeeellllppppppppp!!!!!!

I've got a Sigma 17-70 HSM lens and in need of a zoom ring to fit and RDX housing.

In previous posts, including at the Sea & Sea forum, I was given the hopes that zoom ring #56350
would fit, however it does not...the HSM lens is way too wide for this ring and it seemsthat
Sea & Sea does not have an alternative.

I already use a Canon 60mm macro and Tokina 10-17, however I'd love to use Sigma 17-70, as it seems
be a very versatile, all around lens for u/w photography.

Any options and/or ideas would be appreciated.

You might check into this:Sigmaaf 18 50mm F2 8EX DC Macro HSM Zoom Gear for Canon | eBay

Both the 18-50 and the 17-70 HSM are listed as having 78mm diameter. You might check with one of the UW camera stores to be sure.

Hey Larry...

First and foremost...thank you so much for your input.

Had not thought of using a zoom ring that's set for another lens, however have checked it out and it may very well fit,
and since you gave me this idea, I've also checked out the 31128, which is for a Sigma 105 macro, but the diameter may
fit also, so I'm going to check them both out and hopefully between the two, one of them will fit some way, my sigma 17-70.
