Earlier this year while in Curacao we bought a SIM card to use in a cell phone we had kicking around. Can anyone tell me what the likelihood is that a SIM card purchased in Curacao would also work in Bonaire? ... or will we need to buy on BON

We sure found that a handy and economical way to handle long distance calls to and from Canada rather than the roaming charges associated with our active iPhones.

thanks a bunch

I know for sure that my curaçao SIM works in bonaire. (i use UTS chippie) But its possible they canceled the number if you didn't use it for a long time.

After i think 30 days the freeze your credit and you have to buy new credit to activate the old.

I don't know after how long the cancel the SIM

thanks Bas, I guess we'll bring it, if it works and can be reactivated... great otherwise we'll purchase another. I don't recall if we bought it at the Chippie or Digicel
