It is a white Faber 65 that I have used a few times a year for the past 5 years. The last hydro was in 2013 when I bought it and had it hydro tested. I will hydro test the tank for you before I sell it, and oxygen clean the tank/valve if you want. It has a DIN/yoke valve but not sure what brand. I'll send pictures and more info tomorrow when I go to work.
If you pay $180 for the tank, I will pay for the hydro and shipping costs.
