I have had the Blurfix housing and the SWCY filter a little over a year now. I hardly ever usedthe UV clear filter other than putting it on on occasion for hunting.

I was cleaning up everythign and getting packed for my trip and noticed that no matter how tight I tightened the retaining ring, the clear lens rattled and twisted around - a sure sign it would leak. I emailed SRP, explained the situation and that I was flying out before daylight Friday AM.

Talk about customer service - within 5 monutes they had asked for my address to ship to - and overnighted a new filter to me.

Customer service just doesn't get any better than that. I have the Blurfix housing, the SWCY filter, the UV clear filter, the Tray with the flex arms and the light mounts - all from SRP and I love every piece of it.

@ Lizard Leg - Great video! Examples like this are why I don't shot with the GoPro Dive housing and stay with my BlurFix and screw on filters. It's easy to use and does am incredible job!
