Someone please respond to his so I can test my notifictaions :-)

I have my subscription notification set to instant but I am not getting them. Can someone plese post something...anything....below so I can see if I get notified right away.

Last night at 12:30am I got a weekly notification on a thread I started when my setting are for instant.

I think what is happening is that when a thread is started, the notification comes to you how your settings were when you started the thread regardless of you having changed them since. That might be something glitchy with the board? Regardless, any new threads I start or subscribe to should be ok.

It's not glitchy with the board, it is how you set your preferences in your user options.

Go to Edit Options and then the Second section is where you specify your default settings.

Thats what I did several days ago but it only works for the threads that I have started since I reset it from weekly to instant (like this one). No problem though as I can just check the others. It just had me checking my preferences over and over.

This is the email I received last night for the first thread I started even though my preferences are now set to instant. When I started the thread it was set to the default "weekly" and it seems to revert to that.
