It depends on what kind of photos you want to take. That setup would get you some nice fish portraits and macro photos. The limitation is that you won't be able to add wide angle lenses or stacked macro lenses. Keep in mind that you are already familiar with the Sony.

Sure get the housing. Hold off on the flash till you try it out. I am a long time Sony user and have 200+ dives with a similiar style of Sony. You can look on my web page for many many examples of a Sony without a external flash. Just get close, use macro mode and force the flash.
