Includes all the manuals, spare o-ring for housing, o-ring tool, grease, and hardware pictured. The housing does have a scratch on the viewfinder window, but otherwise in good condition and fully functional. No scratches on any of the optics.
The camera, not pictured, is in good condition, it does have some light scratches on the LCD and a scratch on the body by the battery door.
