For Sale Spring strap

For sale or TRADE: I pair steel spring straps. I THINK they're size Medium, but I'll measure them. They've never been used; I put them on my Rocket fins but never used them.
I'm looking for a line cutter (Dive Rite Z Knife, Tribolite, etc.), wreck reel or a SMB/ Safety Sausage.
The straps look just like these except that the heel guard is black.

Straps are ~12.5 inches from end to end. See pics!

I found the original package w/ zip ties, inserts etc. I have no use for them as they d/n fit. Trade for item listed above or $15 + shipping.
