I just don't log dives
Being laid up in bed has obviously given me way too much free time. This idea just hit me. diy side scanning sonar. Could even make it a tri-scanning sonar. (both sides and bottom)

All I need are 3 good, used fish/depth finders. Have to go study some designs of tow-fish. Seems fairly easy concept. Lengthen and water-proof the transducer cables, maybe a small voltage amp if the tow cable proves too long.
