Chris Sawyer Dive op in Red Hook on St. Thomas is highly recommended.

have done all three options.
st martin has a bit more currents and makes the dives more dificult.
cokie beach st thomas excellent for beginner and intermediate skills.
chris's boat in st thomas is for non beginners.

Just booked a 2 tank morning dive with Chris Sawyer's op in St. Thomas. They give people who are crusing a $10 discount because if the taxi fare. Anyway, I'll let ya know how the dives went in a few weeks.

That's awesome, enjoy your trip. When you're done with your dive the (in)famous Duffy's Love Shack is across the road from Chris Sawyer Dive Center for a post dive drink, water of course :).

St. Maarten diving is nothing to write home about but its a far better choice than laying around the pool.......lol. Hard bottom at about 50 fsw and not much reef to speak of. You will be very close to some world class diving and that is Saba. Have a great time. St. Maarten is a very fun place. Personally, I prefer the dutch side.
