We are going to ST Thomas in October 2018.

How is the current state of repair on the Island?

A quick look at the Dive shops show them back up and running again.

We just got back from a cruise with MSC in Feb. 2018 . Did go diving but
downtown looked the same . Did not venture off to the other side of the island .
Safe diving !

St. Thomas is doing pretty ok. The diving is great! Very little damage to the reefs, and only one wreck that i know of collapsed into itself. Admiralty Dive Center will pick you up at your dock and show you a great time. Jerry and Wit are great!

BAck from our cruise....unfortunately, our dives were cancelled due to late arrival and short port time. Our ship had to aid a search and rescue attempt when someone (crew member) went overboard with another cruise ship that morning. Didn't find him, apparent suicide. So, anyhow, no dive report for St Thomas. We did dive at Grand Turk and the dives were fantastic there.
