I have an Olympus E-PM1 with the PT-EP06 housing, 14-42mm zoom and 60mm Macro lenses. Up until now I have used a single YS-02 strobe with a fibre optic cable and manual settings. I am thinking of adding a YS-01 and setting it to TTL (I mainly shoot Close-ups and macro). The YS-01 will then be the primary strobe and the YS-02 secondary. Should I then set the YS-02 to full Power or use the manual settings?

You will almost certainly have to set it to one of the adjusted power settings. If you set it to full power and the subject does not require that much light you will overexpose the subject. Since the YS-02 is not a TTL flash you are not really going to be able to take advantage of TTL as you will have to figure out what the correct flash power should be for the YS-02. I suspect that you will want to use it at a reduced power setting so that it fills in the shadows on one side of the subject. You will have to experiment to figure out what the correct starting setting is for this type of work. After you shoot a subject, then you can review the result and adjust the power on this strobe if the subject is over or underexposed.

Thanks! That is what I thought but I wasn't sure.
