I would recommend Dip N Dive 716-837-3483 to look into they do a number of drift dives in the Niagara river. I just did one with them a few weeks ago and had a terrific time and learned more than I had anticipated.

We have done a number of charters with Don and Linda Bond. They have a boat in Fort Erie, ON and can hold 16 people on the boat. I just had a group up there at the end of August. It's probably a little late in the season now but certainly worth a dive next Summer.
