Suunto Cobro sporadic download to DM5

Hello All:

I was hoping someone could help me out with a downloading issue. Each time I connect my Sunnto Cobra to DM5, it seems to pick and choose what dives it wants to sync with. For example, this morning I attempted to sync my computer so view my recent live-a-board of nine dives. It only downloaded about six. I had to connect and reconnect multiple times for the DM5 to pick up all of the dives from the trip. This happens each time I sync. Is there a fix?

Hi,
this kind of sync problems may occur when the device's battery level is going low. When was the last time you've had it replaced? Are all indicator segments still displayed?

Hi Hendrick:

thanks for the fast response. The computer works quite fine as far as indicator segments. I hadn't really thought about battery being an issue because I bought the computer around the end of March this year. The sync problem has been an issue since the very first time I tried to since it in April of this month.
