I'm posting this for a friend, I'll answer any questions as quickly as possibly, but it may take a day to relay. He thought he'd jump into technical diving, had his Dive Rite BCD changed to accept doubles, and bought a Tri-Mix computer as well. After trying it, decided he didn't like it, so... here it is:

Up for sale is a Suunto Helo2. He bought it new last summer, and has put 41 dives on it. It comes with the download cable but no wireless transmitter. It has a new battery in it. He's asking $800, but that's too high! Any offers are welcome.

Thanks, and stay safe!

I'm not interested in this computer but word of advice, you may want to tell your friend to drop the asking price. You can find this same computer brand new with transmitter for $950. Also there is another thread of someone selling the same computer with transmitter for $800.

FWIW I sold one a year ago with transmitter, USB, and DSS mount for $550. These computers have very poor resale value. Fortunately, I did not pay full retail.

Thanks everyone for the words of advice - I've passed it along to my friend to see what he would lower his price to.
