Scott-do I need to bring bottled water to Fakarava?

Also...any suggestions on things to do in Papeete on Sunday, since my flight to Fakarava doesnt go until 6p.m.

Do not worry about water...They should give you a big bottle....until you check out....then they charge you...LOL...but always carry a small bottle with you...It is hot!

Papeete.....Stay cool....it is the largest city in the South Pacific....and Chinese junk merchants have stores everywhere.....look for some type of trip out of the city if you are there all day....it is nothing special.

TravelNSJ-

I am curious as to whether or not you were concerned diving 36% at depths in excess of 90'? Oxygen toxicity gives me the willies.

No we were not down at 90' or more for 15 minutes or so....it was more like 5 minutes or so.....average depth was perhaps 45' to 60' for the dives.
