I think a number of responses have already suggested using a dive buddy. If this suggestion is not acceptable, you can hire a personal videographer to follow you around.
This really happens. I was on a liveaboard trip in Thailand and one of the divers had her own videographer. They were part of a group from the PRC that didn't interact with the rest of us, so I don't know any details. But I can say that she was a far better as a model than a diver.
