I've got a "havey duty" folding luggage cart. I set two tanks on it sideways and my gear bag on top, which hold the tanks down. It has bungee cords that hold the hold load in place. Works like a dream for going on boat dives where the boat is no where near the parking spot.

The fact that it folds into nothing is great. I guess i could make a "cradle" that would hold the tanks better and drop between the metal rack of the luggage rack if I wanted them to be 100% stable, but the heavy gear bag and bungee cords does the job now.
