Forwarded to me today was a copy of an article in the Turks and Caicos Weekly News, regarding a letter Tanya Streeter sent to the Premier there. I have long been a fan of Tanya's efforts to protect the environment, in particular to ban the capture and captivity of marine mammals, so I am also in full support of her criticism in this regard, of the unchecked development of this area.
