I have sent an email to worldhq@tdisdi.com on August 27th regarding my certification verification online, yet have not received an answer.
I was certified in 2000 in Indy and received my C-Card but there is no record online. Could you help me straigten out this issue? (I can provide details via email)

I have found out that I exist in the database but don't show up because I am one of the old timers.
