Thank you Liquivision for the battery replacement on my X1. I have been having battery problems, and after some diagnosis through email, I sent it back to Liquivision for evaluation. Sure enough the battery was bad. Even though they are switching locations, the unit was promptly repaired and mailed back.

Thank you for the good customer service.
