I was looking at picking up a waterproof point-and-shoot for an upcoming snorkeling trip, and had my eyes in the Lumix TS3. I looked at Canon's D10 but wasn't all that impressed. Now it looks like Panasonic is releasing the TS4 in a couple weeks, and Canon is releasing the D20 in May. I guess my decision became more difficult.
It looks as if the D20 addresses a lot of the shortcomings of the D10, although Canon in their infinite wisdom decided to change the lowest f-stop from 3.3 to 3.9. I'm assuming they updated the noise reduction to compensate.
