The product is treated as exclusion from warranty if:
1. The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.
2. The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by Brightstar Technology Co., Ltd in its sole unfettered discretion.
The alkaline AAA battery comes without warranty!
