Hey Tobin, I've purchased 2 complete sets from you and no complaints, but I have a leak in my Torus. Whats the procedure, cost or hassle to you to fix it??

Chuckitall,

Sorry for the delay in responding, and I sorry to hear you are having a problem. We will need your wing to evaluate it. The most likely problem is a pinched bladder. This typically requires replacement of the bladder. We can turn it around in a day or so, if that's the problem.

Bladders are $40, there is not charge for R & R on the bladder, or testing.

Please include your contact info. We will contact you after examining your wing.

For the record Tobin turned mine around in 3 hours. I'm not even messing with you. He received it at 11am and I got news that it was back in the mail at 2pm with some stuff I had ordered.

And while I'm on record when I busted my wing it was 1000% my stupidness that caused the leak.
