Current LTTS Weather Readings has temperature data down to 60ft where it looks to be about 83degrees.

As of yesterday:
Temp 84 down to about 55ft, 73 below that (my max was 80ft).
Vis varries day to day & by location. Weekend you can expect 3-10ft vis, sometimes 15 or so at depth.
Weekdays are going to give you the best vis. I've been seeing 10ft+ vis down to about 60ft, then opening up to 15-20 below that.
All this is based on recent dives at Windy Point and the Mansfield Dam (WP usually being a little better than the dam).

Mansfield yesterday afternoon the vis in most places was 10-15 ft , temp on my computer was 83. I don't know about below the thermocline, we stayed above 60.
