This should really depend on which drysuit you have. I would guess that compressed neoprene suit would be warmer than a TLS. I have a TLS 350. I've rarely worn it in warm water, but when I do, I wear the long sleeve UnderArmor garments. If you want to be a little warmer, then try the powerstretch 100's.
