Trouble Connecting to Computer

Has anyone had trouble connecting to a computer? When I plug the SDA in the SDA shows that it is charging but my computer does not see it. I tried on my wife's computer as well and nothing. I have a Mac she has a PC. I tried swapping cables and no fix as well. Also tried cleaning the contacts with toothpaste and a brush still no fix. I put in a support ticket but nothing back yet so thought I would se if anyone else has had a problem.

Hi,

I had the problem once on the Win7 netboook is use regularly.

1 USB port would not "see" the SDA but the other 1 would.

I think I have only 1 USB 2.0 port and 1 older USB 1 port but that is a guess.

Have you tried another USB Port??
