Trying to join Dive master candidate forum.

I attempted to join the DMC forum last week and to not avail have had no contact or information of any kind. I thought I followed the instructions and have contacted my instructor to make him aware as his personal information was requested. Could someone give me a update, or did I do something wrong? Just trying to be active with my peers and get some good information in the process. I love SB and desire to encourage other divers to take advantage of this awesome resource!
