Down to 178. I had thought that a business trip to England would crucify my diet with all that socialising in the bars, fish and chips etc etc. However, I came back without gaining any weight - my metabolism must be improving. Two days back into swimming 80 minutes in the morning and eating plenty of watermelon to ravish that thirst has seen me drop to my lowest weight for years. I am on target for 164 by year end and to increase muscle in time for my sojourn over the Andes in January/February. :)

I havent been to the gym in weeks. Haven't been eating healthy. Still not gaining wieght and in fact have lost another pound. Now down to 174.

I did well this week, down 3.8#.

I have to delay my weigh in till tomorrow morning. Dang scale is jumping all over the place.

I'm getting on and off the scale, and I'm showing 10-20 lb swing in weight.

Funny thing is my dad is using the scale with no problems. Anyway I bought a new scale today and will post my weight in the morning.

Thanks to Dee's "conquer the one pound" post from today, I am PROUD to say I am down 1 pound this week. Slow but steady.

I'm exactly the same as last week, but as my goal this week was to maintain, I'm right on target. I wanted to see if I could maintain without journaling or keeping track of what I was eating, but still being concious of the fact that I was dieting. It worked well!

OK ... I'm back from 2 weeks vacation, some camping, some diving and some eating junk food! I still managed to hold my own, still at 195# for a +/- '0'

Eric

Eric...after 2 weeks of that, maintaining is a great achievement! :thumb:

Same for you Saf! Maintaining weight can be just as hard as losing it. You success without journaling and tracking is a great thing!
