I have the Tusa Platina Evolution BCJ 3850 that has the Tank suspension system strap that is behind the neck and cannot figure out what I am suppose to do with it. I am a rookie diver, certified August 3, and still trying to get myself comfortable, so I bought this unit but cannot figure out the use of the TSS. Any help would be appreciated.

Steve

HI Steve-
The TSS is exactly that, a Tank Suspension System that provides additionally stability to the tank. We have attached a link to the 2006 catalog page for the BCJ-3850 that outlines the TSS and shows some images.

Nice, is this still offered on your current BCJ line or was it discontinued? Also, can you provide a link for the owners manual and any other pertinent documentation on this BCJ?

HI Steve-
Available product manuals can be found under our TUSA CARE section at tusa.com. The link is HERE
The TSS system is in use on some of the BCJ models, however, with enhancement of the harness system and universal stabilizing harness the use of the TSS is not as prevalent.
