The water temps like most of Florida have been cold this year. I was there 2 weeks ago and the water temp was 65F on Sanibel.
I use two websites for forecasting the weather on Sanibel.

I also call Brent @ Deans dive center 239 489 0500. They do run trips out the Mohawk.
