any u/w pics yet ???

Im ready to go, 24 mile ride out sounds like a drag, but think of the NE divers up there that ride 100 to dive the Doria, get there and freeze their butts off :)

I love Florida !

According to a post I saw on this board, there are boats up there that will reach the wreck in about 45 minutes on a good day, and up to 2 hours depending on conditions.

45 minutes is great just enough time to figure out exactly what I left on shore.:D

I have a better idea!

Why don't we buy our own aircraft carrier and sink it intead? It would be cheaper.

It cost $20 million to sink the USS Oriskany.

We could buy our own Aircraft carrier for about $4.5 million and sink it.

Other options would be to turn it into a "really cool liveaboard" with a Tiki-bar and a hot tub on the flight hanger deck.

How did you find that???????

4.5 million isnt that much. I'd be willing to go in on it if someone else wants to. Got to wonder what kind of permits that would require to run
