March is Wine Tasting Month.
The Underwater Council of BC is holding its 1st annual Wine Tasting and Dive Club Night
When: 7:30pm on Thursday March 24, 2005
Where: Vancouver Maritime Museum, 1905 Ogden Street, Vancouver, BC.
We may not rival the Vancouver International Wine Festival in size but we will rival them in fun. A great chance to network and learn what is happening in dive clubs. All dive clubs are invited to have a free table to display their club activities, to entice new members and to socialize.
Wine tasting is presented by Domaine de Chaberton Winery in Langley, BC. http://www.domainedechaberton.com/index.php Chaberton is an award winning winery owned by a 9th generation vintner.
Come out for a great social night with friends and maybe meet some new dive buddies along the way!
Tickets are $10 at the door for all divers and non diver buddies. This gets you in the door, a wine tasting presentation, 4 samples of wine with cheese/bread. More wine tickets can be purchased at the cost of $2 each. If you like what you taste, Domaine de Chaberton will have some wine for sale at the tasting.
