You are trying to find a solution to something that can't be fixed in a reasonable way. Get used to the cold or go dry.
 
I recomend the Oceanic LavaCore, this is a great layering suit. It will add 3mm of warmth without adding any buyancy.

I have been diving for years with Under Armour compression short and shirt. I have found it keeps me warm a little longer and I don't get leg cramps from the cold water. That being said I have ordered my drysuit cause thats the only way to truly stay warm.
