I use the glowdive system - a UV torch plus a yellow filter on front of the camera. It cost about 220 euros I think, a few years ago. Great fun on night dives, and a really well made torch. A cheaper, but less effective, alternative is to put a blue filter over a dive torch - but you lose a lot of light that way. I only really do video , not stills, and I've tended to find room for just a short amount of UV footage in the DVDs I make. The reason? simply that the subjects that seem to fluoresce the best are generally static, like coral, and there's only so much coral people are prepared to watch!
Even if you don't speak Spanish, this website has some interesting images:

The owner, Carlos Villoch, speaks fluent English, if you're interested in more info.
