There was some internal upgrade available for these regs. Does anyone know the part number for this?

Rusty, I found this listing on eBay. I believe this is what you want, but you may want to check with the seller to make sure. The part number is clearly shown in the listing photo.

Actually, I am quite surprised that this kit is still around. This change was made around 10 years ago.

I sent the seller on EBay a message to confirm the part number but haven't heard back yet.

The part number is correct, I am looking at it on some kits I have. One thing to look out for, on the bottom mine say P/N 01-094-150, while the eBay one I linked to says revision c. I would make sure you get the most recent revision whatever that may be.
