I have a calypso regulator 70s?
cannot see any serial #
I had it serviced about 5 years ago.
it has that little reserve air switch on it.
i had the tech put a three lp coupler on it so i can have vest ,safe second.
I have never used it since i had it done.
I would like to use it but if i go to LDS they never want to service old regulators.
I incountered this with my dacor 950xl which i still have.
I purchased new scuba pro ,but would like to use this old calypso.
What can i do , Can I service it myself?
any ideas guys & gals Of the vintage world.
Any body looking for a dacor 950xl
I would actually like to use the dacor ,cant find parts, most likly no one to work on it any way.
dacor looks brand new on the outside,i had it looked at by LDS he said high pressure seat weak but would work for a while,no dacor parts.
The calypso is in good shape on the outside, both have been stored in closet after they were serviced about 5 years ago.

I have one I bought new in 1966, it still works fine. I have replaced the main diaphram, O rings in the first stage and exhaust valves and recently a new exhaust tee I was lucky enough to find, that is about it. N
