You but a board on the ground to raise the flat tire if it's double tire set or use a jack to get the weight off the flat tire.. spray in some starting fluid and hook up a airline to the tire.. light a paper towel and the throw at tire.. The explode gas will set the bead.. the air hose will fill it..

If you do use a separate Conshelf first stage, remember that if the first stage creeps the pressure will build and blow any LP hoses connected to the LP side. If a second stage is connected it will serve as a relief valve. Another reason to just use the working regulator with the BC inflator hose and a tire inflator hooked up to it .

Is the Conshelf a diaphragm or piston regulator? Personally I use a Calypso for this purpose but I have a LP regulator attached too.
