Hello all,
I have dived Emmons yesterday.
Depth was max. 43m, visibility was 20m, water temp. was 21C degrees and cloud then fine.
Bottom time was 31min. and 36min. respectively includes deco time with each 10L steal.
It took just 10min from harbor of Kouri-Island. The access to the Island has been improved by new bridge spanned from mainland.
It was bad season due to north wind from winter to spring thus summer is recommended to have good opportunities and possibilities to be able to dive west shore area, much better visibility and warm and good weather.
Last two photos are me taken by local dive guide in this thread.
