We were on the same trip with scubajeanie. We too have written a letter to the Aggressor and are awaiting a reply. The boat is exactly as described, "a piece of junk". Our complaints were: deisel fumes, couldn't breathe the first night and we still haven't gotten the smell out of our clothes; excessive engine noise, you had to yell at your buddy to be heard in your cabin when the engine was running; only one engine, obviously we never made the advertised 10.5 knots; lack of housekeeping, sand oil and grit in the carpets and on the dive deck, broken and filthy windows (you couldn't even see out of them); toilets that didn't work, sewage smell pervasive in the passenger hallway and cabins (there was a gray water discharge on the floor of the galley our last day onboard); showers that either had no hot, no cold, or no water at all; and SCUBA tanks that had not been serviced as evidenced by chronic air leaks at the tank valve handle, tank connection and o-rings. Despite all this crew and captain made a valiant effort to do the best they could with what they had. We and they deserved better! Let's hope Aggressor dumps this boat and picks up the newer one out of Utila. We believe this to be true as we heard this rumor from people on our boat who had talked directly with Troy that week.
