I've had my Olympus PT-EPO1 (housing for the EPL-1) for a little over two years and I couldn't tell you how many dives (maybe 150? with a max depth of 170 feet a couple of times). It is working fine.

I've been told that I should get it serviced on a periodic basis (I guess they redo the O-rings for all the controls). Is that advice correct?

How often do you get your housing serviced?

Suggestions on where to get one serviced? (Note, wrote to Backscatter and was told it would need to be sent to Olympus so I guess that's my answer!)
