I just picked up a V32 with a proton Metal second. when I went to assemble my new rig ( octo, Pressure gauge, BC hose, and Drysuite hose) I was shocked to learn that the Primary reg has a larger diameter thread then the other LP ports. The problem is why is it located at the back of reg? Every Regulator I have ever seen has the primary at the front and the octo behind. I dive with a longer then normal (about 40")
octo hose and just swaping the regs on the hoses is not an option. I bought this reg after carfully looking at several others but i am seriously reconsidering my decession.
