Well I just got back, I found better luck aboard the charter boat however i could only go out with them one day as they were booked the next day so i was dissapointed by i did find a real nice tooth and a bunch of lesser teeth. The bottom line is that there were more teeth in the cooper but nicer more complete teeth in florida.

Got any pics? I take it you went out with Florida West?

Hi name is Tim and his number is:

umm. Tim might not be exactly excited to have his phone number posted on the interenet...

BTW, Welcome to Scubaboard :)

When is the best time to dive Venice? We live in Cape Coral. I've had lots of luck on the shore for small teeth. My son and I dove Venice in late September and we had 6" of vis.. I know from friends and reputation that there are excellent conditions and I'd like to have a clue as to the best time to find them!

Not anytime soon, unless you catch it just right. Venice is hit or miss anytime. Winter is most often miss, summer is usually better.

Hello all, I am new to the venice port charlotte area. Moved up here from naples. I am an avid diver and spearfisherman looking for dive buddies. Mainly on sundays my day off. I have a 21 foot seachaser boat. I would like to get out to some of the deeper wrecks, like the bayronto, california, ect. I will be going this sunday weather permitting. Anyone interested in doing these deeper water dives 100-120 feet please call me and I will call whenever I am going out. My number is 239-398-3576. All I ask is to help pay for gas, water, food, ect. My name is Jeremy and I live in port charlottee. Well looking forward to meeting some of you. DIVE DEEP
