I purchased an intova cp-9 just this week.
I read the manual before using anything to assure it was set up correctly. I greased the o-ring and was ready to go. I used it on one dive and today was to be my second dive. The first dive it kept turning off so I replaced the memory card with a faster card.
Last night I opened the housing, made sure it was clean, put in the faster card, checked the batteries and sealed it up. I never opened it since last night.
Today we were diving the YO-257 and it stopped working and indicated low battery. We continued our dive and figured it may have gotten turned on accidentally overnight in the bag. After we returned home I took it out of my bag to look at it and saw that it was completely flooded.
I tripple checked it last night for a good seal. What happened? Is this a warranty issue? I hate to think I spent all this money and the thing only worked once! I know it's not an expensive model but I really expected better. Please help.
